Driver:Matthew Mead, Founder of M&M Motorsports. Matt is a very fierce competitor both on and off the track. Prior to racing cars he was competing in freestyle snowboarding on a professional level. In 1997 his love for car racing took over and he never looked back. Matt is going into his ninth season of circle track racing. He has also successfully completed racing schools, one at Lime Rock Park in Connecticut with an open wheeled car and one at the world famous Watkins Glen in New York with a Honda sports car. He also finished second in his first three-hour race at The Glen. Matt has also spent many hours honing his skills at the indoor go-cart track F1 Boston.

Dave has been a part of our team for the last three seasons. In just three seasons, Dave has helped us become one of the teams to beat every week. Dave and I started out competing against each other for a championship and now we are running together for one. Dave's knowledge of racing at Monadnock speedway has helped us grow into a very strong team.

Jerry came to M&M Motorsports about five seasons ago. He has helped us win a Mini-stock Championship and was a big part our first Late Model win. Jerry has been our go-to guy for anything we have needed. He is truly irreplaceable.

My father has been a very big part of M & M Motorsports from the beginning, not just with mental support, but he is also a very active pit crew member. His specialty is tire management sheets. His is also my tire changer. My father comes from a family full of racing. His father spent lots of time on the old dirt tracks in the Midwest, as did my father. There are even stories of my grandmother racing.

Skip joined our team three years ago with little racing experience, but lots of energy. So after three very busy seasons Skip is a very valueable member of M & M Motorsports. I would said he is the class clown of the track. He at least keeps us smiling all night long at the track.

Kenny has helped our team in so many different ways over the years. He has helped us figure out things from carburetor stumbles to handling problems. Kenny has a lot of history at Monadnock speedway and we are excited to have his expertise on our team.
